Shipping & Delivery

The present Terms of Sale apply to all sales of products purchased through the website: www.amorettidilorenzo.it (site).

Customer is required to carefully read these Terms of Sale, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy in order to become aware of the validation of the purchase order.

La Lorenzo's Amoretti brothers delivery throughout Italy directly to the address indicated by the customers at the time of the order, through trusted couriers whose entire logistics system is constantly monitored. The goods travel at the risk of the Company.
At any time, the customer can contact the Lorenzo's Amoretti brothers to communicate changes and to know the status of shipments.
Customers registered on the internet have an online tool available for viewing the progress of the order and delivery. Delivery, depending on the destination area and / or the type of order, may take place between 2 and 15 working days, except for problems not dependent on the will of the Company and the courier. In case the ordered products are not temporarily available and in any case in the event that the delivery should be delayed, the Lorenzo's Amoretti brothers undertakes to contact and promptly inform the customer.

Payment

The prices shown are inclusive of VAT, containers and packaging. Home delivery is included in the price only for orders with a total amount exceeding € 100,00.
For orders with a total amount equal to or less than € 100,00, the transport costs vary according to the destination of the goods:

Northern Italy € 11,50 per shipment

Central Italy € 14,50 per shipment

Southern Italy € 16,50 per shipment

Italian Islands € 19,50 per shipment

Customers who need an invoice must request it when ordering, communicating the exact company name and VAT number (they can request the price list dedicated to them).

Shipping and Logistics

Once the order has been confirmed, how long does it take for the goods to arrive at my address?

F.lli Amoretti di Lorenzo processes orders in 24/48 working hours depending on the complexity of the product and entrusts it to the courier in the afternoon. The courier takes charge of the goods and delivers in a period of time ranging from 18 to 72 hours (in the case of islands or areas logistically reachable with greater difficulty).

Important: Signature with reservation

When the courier delivers the goods you have ordered, first of all
check that the packaging is intact. Even if the latter is intact, we kindly ask you to sign the delivery note subject to inspection. If the packaging, in fact, should be intact, but not the goods inside, without the signature "with reserve" there will be no possibility of starting a dispute procedure against the courier.

Can I track the shipment?

Yes. Once the order is placed and shipped, an email is sent to allow the customer to
view the data of the shipment so as to allow you to follow step by step the
product, from the production site to its address.

Right of withdrawal

The Customer, pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 21/02/2014 and subsequent amendments, has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receipt, notifying the Brothers Amoretti di Lorenzo, Via Nazionale Sud, 4 Gombi di Ricci 18027 CHIUSAVECCHIA (IM), by calling the telephone number 0183.29.37.93 or 338.2172961 or by writing to the address info@amorettidilorenzo.it

It will be taken care of Lorenzo's Amoretti brothers provide for the refund of the amount paid within 14 days from the communication of the Withdrawal by the Customer. The refund is made with the same payment method used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised following the opening of the packages.
