Description
Rich in mineral salts, especially calcium and phosphorus, and vitamins such as C, the borettana onion is not only pleasing to the palate but is also good for health. It is an excellent natural diuretic and disinfectant; it takes its name from Boretto, a town in the province of Reggio Emilia, where it was cultivated since 1400.
Ingredients:
borettane onions, high oleic sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar (vinegar contains SULPHITES) sugar, salt.
