Sambikè differs from other Hippocratic wines for the presence of elder flowers, which make the recipe original and unique and which constitute a highly distinctive gustatory element.
The term Sambuco derives from the Greek “sambikè”, the name of a particular triangular-shaped stringed instrument, built with the hollow branches of the shrub in the Greek-Roman era.
The elderberry plant, believed to be magical throughout the ancient world, was often used to flavor drinks and has many therapeutic properties.
Ingredients:
White wine (contains sulfites), Spices, Honey, Brown Sugar.
It does not contain dyes or preservatives.
