Oil obtained from only Monocultivar Taggiasche olives grown and harvested in the area of the Riviera di Ponente. They are taken to the olive mill and processed the same day.
The aluminum bottle guarantees the protection of the oil from oxidation and aging processes caused by exposure of the product to light and ensures its organoleptic qualities unaltered.
The bottle does not break, it is completely recyclable.
