CHARACTERISTICS Whole olives, with a slightly bitter taste, with a brown-green colored texture. The traditional processing technique, handed down for centuries, and the microclimate of the territory have made the Oliva Riviera® optimal fruits both for the raw destination and for the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with a fragrant and irresistible taste.
METHOD From November to March the Olives are collected and selected. Then they are washed and put in a brine of water, salt and natural flavors.
SUGGESTIONS Perfect as an aperitif, they are used in salads, on pizzas and in various dishes typical of the Ligurian regional cuisine.
PRESERVATION DETAILS Keep in a cool place. After opening, keep refrigerated.
