Description
CHARACTERISTICS Healthy, soft, fully ripe tomatoes with the typical flavor of sun-dried tomatoes. Strong flavour.
METHOD Handcrafted workmanship. The tomatoes, seeded and dried, are put into pots by hand with excellent extra virgin olive oil and flavored with garlic and basil.
COMBINATIONS Delicious as an appetizer, an excellent condiment for pasta dishes, they are the extra touch for an excellent meat broth and to accompany boiled meat.
STORAGE
Keep in a cool place. After opening, keep refrigerated.
Dried tomatoes 50%, extra virgin olive oil 47%, sea salt 2%, wine vinegar 0,5%, garlic 0,5%, acidity regulator: E270 lactic acid.
